Rank: Elder Joined: 7/22/2009 Posts: 7,595		It's very unfortunate when this happens because it makes normal landing impossible. Landing Gear Stuck Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

If you don't feel comfortable with the airport getting the landing gear ready can be a problem. 2. If the runway is smokey or the entire airport and the runway is not clean/clear it could be challanging to land on it. 3. Could be some mechanical issues and that one you have to get landing gears fixed
