I think the institutions entrusted to inform and protect consumers are not efficiently discharging their duties. Kenyans are crossly taken advantage of by the payTV companies.

I have gone through the analogue channels and they have been switched off except ntv, qtv, citizen, ktn ambao wamenyeta. They are still stuck in analogue while everyone else has moved into the 21st century.
