Has the trading of rights in the NSE closed? Haven't seen any trades yesterday and today! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Had made up my mind to buy on Monday. The share price is at 63/= - 64/=. Any comments from the driver, conductor and passengers of this bus??? Buy, Sell, Hold. I have none so the last two don't apply to me! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Buy after the listing of the new shares on 17th December if the market posts lower maybe 55/- The issue was too small plus I had an issue with them doing bonds at 13% when the KBBR may mess them up depending on interest rates perform next year. I prefer the HFCK model on doing more rights. Lastly if the market sneezes this one catches a cold very fast so prepare for the long haul

Very much so @Mweke (and the cheque was dated 18/12/2014)...my broker's SIB. If having any difficulty, check with C & R (Registrar) at Bruce House come Monday (the 5th)! HFCK rights will cause minimum dilution unlike Kengen (planning to quadruple shares, much easier to get in at even lower price than rights issue price at the opportune moment) and price discounting will be much higher for HFCK. In addition to this, no freebies (additional share allotments) as they plan to sell any untaken rights by way of Private Equity ...you can only guess to who (their largest shareholder that's Britam!) I may be wrong, then again... I went into the (Ferry) industry knowing the same thing I knew with all other businesses I went into- Nothing.
