herpo alone sounds like an IPO or disinfectant. ..

The health craze has given rise to..things called herpo.
A colleague once gave me a green one, it tasted like algae,I ate with lots of pain and tears.
I know some vitamins get destroyed when exposed to direct heat.Not so sure if herpo is a smart idea.
I prefer the brown (whole flour),but hii herpo..is still a project in the pipeline.Vision 2030.

Describe ur favorite herpo.

spinach chapatis
