I got my e-statement today and I missed some of my transaction from last week - courtesy of T+4. So I thought I could confirm by viewing the online statement.

Tough luck! It seems my password is no longer valid! I cannot access my account. So I requested for a new PW.

They sent it but the system requires me to change the PW before accessing my account.

More tough luck! Every PW I chose is rejected!

Some one please help!

For the Password, it is a requirement that you use alphanumeric characters and include at least one character (eg &, * etc). Have you tried that?

@sokomjinga; YEAH! Of course I am using the syntax as required by the system! Still, it does not accept.

After this difficulty, I have requested for yet another PW; and now there has been no reply for almost 30min.

Hey; kuna shida huko!

After the looooong wait [close to 45min] I have finally got the new PW... and the system has now accepted my preferred PW...and I am in....for another shocker!

The online statement looks older than the pdf e-statement that I got this morning! Not of the transaction executed in January appear on the online statement!

I'd have thought that the online system is more current than the e-mail service.
