I still do remember Mutahi Ngunyi's analogy of what the Kibaki administration will be like. very agrarian!Move in, Occupy a place, plant, as crops and livestock are thriving, the fence is also being erected. At the right time Harvest and then leave. the rest can eat whatever remains like birds and scavangers.
Kibaki came made an economy based on debts, wiped up the streets, cleaned institutions, enhanced pseudo efficiency, created billionaires then exited the scene.
Sadly he left us with KANU's proteges. they just look for any greener pastures eat and move to the next.

Personally i think Nairobi ni kubwa any with 'chicken' deals and with croonism on awarding jobs, tenders etc no Governor will ever be effective!!

I think it's very simplistic to think that Kidero cannot remove those streets families. It's been done before. It simply shows his ineptitude. Let's call it as it is. We may understand about cartels, but street families? Brick wall Brick wall
