LOL! Whoever will implement that will be branded a dangerous dictator! I dont think my suggestions can be popular in this day of activism, so, tung'ang'ane na koti tu....but we are doing very badly, and I dont think our national security strategy is clever at all.

In addition, activism and security matters can never go hand in hand, esp during:
-war (SLDF/kebabs/ISIS)
-runaway crime and criminal gangs(Mungiki/Gaza boys/MRC)

Now that activism is our forte, I pity Kenya. Tukae ngumu.

Well...well...well. It so happens that two of the thugs were shot dead last evening around the Mirema neighborhood by their 'partners-in-crime' after a disagreement. A third one was found dead around Membley this morning though it's not known who shot him. The saga continues...
