It depends on what you ate, eat, might eat and will eat...

There is no law that governs retirement age in Kenya. However for Civil Servants there is some gazette notice that was published in 2003 putting it at 60 years .......... previously 55 years.

Many organizations have this in their HR manuals, majority are 60 years .......... in line with gava!!!!

Wachia young blood kazi!!!!

Which young blood??? In the west - especially the US - some people work well into their 80s and even 90s.

What is this pre-occupation with age. It depends on what you do for a living. If you work in a quarry, 60 (or even less) makes sense. If you are a researcher, doctor, journalist, administrator etc. it makes zero sense. It is actually counter productive because these fellows are what could be termed as their peak. I'd rather be treated by a 65 year old doctor than a 28 year old one. but ad rather the guy cleaning my car was 28 years old (or younger)! Imagine retiring Michuki at 60 and hiring bullcrap 'young' MPs and Senators we have around!!!
