I am on Orange unlimited internet but cant access the web since yesterday despite the modem showing its connected. I have been getting good speeds in the past but don't know whats happening since yesterday. Anyone else experiencing the outage? Anyone from orange to explain this? Also, will orange compensate me for the period i have been without service?

Here's a past speedtest:

Not experienced it either. Mimi ni CDMA/EVDO (Huawei modem). Last downtime I experienced was some time in September this year when speeds were very low for some reason.
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

@Freiks, si you just switch to 3G, only 3k a month.

hata okla amesema thats faster than 99% of kenya - lakini mimi iko mashinani, fibre connection is just a thing we imagine in our minds, orange unlimited is the only workable solution.

at least data is back, lakini the other services are still in the icu - Sad
