The immediate former MP for Nyaribari Chache Dr Robert Monda is admitted in hospital after a failed robbery incident in which he was shot in the stomach.

Monda was driving to his Kerarapon home in Ngong’ when four armed men accosted and attempted to rob him when he resisted and was shot in the abdomen.

If the officer ends up in court it will be a simple charge of harming a dead body and/or wasting government property (the bullet) and he will walk.
