The replacement has to be a Kalenjin as Jubilee is 50% URP who are Kalenjins. This is Kalenjin seat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IG isnt appointed by the govt in power. The best they can do is lean on the Police Commission which advertises, shortlists and presents the highest ranking candidate to parliament for approval. Pork then appoints.
Kimaiyo's masaibus started from a previous regime which rapidly promoted him, bypassing his seniors. That's a problem in an iinstitution that respects seniority and probably cost him critical support.

why are his deputies still in office??? and the NSIS/CID bosses too?? We demand total change

Kimaiyo and lenku are not even the problem. The problem is deeper than this the system is rotten. From the days of Moi, a culture of incompetence in the police force was institutionalised. Not easy...not easy at all. I am sorry... nothing will change. Be Vigilant and pray...

They may not be the problem but they were employed to fix the problem but could not, so its fair for them to make way for other Kenyans to try. Au sio. Its called taking responsibility.

Activists challenge kimaiyo's resignation in Court

Their names betray them
Quote:
The petitioners, Felix Kiprono, Fredrick Odhiambo and Kipchumba Kiptoo, want the court to stop the National Police Service Commission from recruiting a new Inspector General.
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
