Does it have anything to do with poverty..or is it love on first sight
Upping social ladder They are a social ladder. Some ladies walikataa kusoma kabisa. You will see them on vacations taking pics to impress their friends "down there" (they are always alone in the pics by the way juu kamzungu ni kazee!).Salary is 30K but you fly & stay huko private beaches for 2weeks. You can easily spot them in Westlands clubs wearing those american type weaves. This case is sad. Not to judge, but are you telling me love was so blind this chic didn't see akina Swenani & Impunity before she met this geezer? Formally employed people often live their employers' dream & forget about their own.

I think many Africans assume that all westerners are wealthy ... or a better option compared to a fellow African (inferiority complex) especially if they imagine the possibility that they may be able to leave their life of hardship and move overseas.

This isn't about being a gold digger or inferiority or the like. It's about human nature and the various reactions and symbols we create in different circumstances.
Before we condemn we need to understand, even ourselves.

A guy like that akileta nyoks you call the local police and they confiscate his passport. Alternatively you call the local Gachie brigade... Life is short. Live passionately.
