I had to comment on this.
Two wrongs don't make a right.
You can't punish the whole sacco because of the crimes of a few.
At this rate, we might very soon start punishing communities or families for the crimes of a few individuals .
This is utter disrespect to the rule of law, or rather abuse of power . It makes things worse.
To me there's nothing that separates the one who makes others suffer by abusing his/her powers and the strippers.

One other concern is what the anti-stripping squad will be doing in their free time. The squad is armed, with a vague mandate and lose command.

Stripping a person in public is a spontaneous mob event that takes two minutes max and the mob disperses. This calls for an investigative approach rather than a rapid armed/ forceful response to bring the perpetrators to book.

These guys will go around shooting men alafu hakuna aja ya kuwekelewa bonoko sababu bonoko tayari unayo.

Valid questions, but allow me to Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly '...bonoko tayari unayo'! Bonoko ni gani? The lustful eyes? Ama touchy fingers? Ama...?

The pain and humiliation suffered by the victims can never be replaced and we are talking about financial loss. really?

Why didnt the saccos owners facilitate the arrest of the thugs on time ?
Let them take their rogue crew for customer service lessons before they are recruited. MM does it.
Umoinner walinyoroshwa and the owners became strict. Last time I heard? They are still in,business infact bigger.
Why belong to a sacco if you can't account for your members behaviour?
If and God forbid, say one mizizi mat pulls an immoinner stunt will they disown that particular bus and the driver?

Cruel Mob justice we applaud and Mob support we cherish.
But how we hate it when Mob Order is applied.

Oh I need a mug of cuban coffee.

This writter nails it. Our govt is busy policing kenyans instead of protecting them.

Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

Sanity restored. High Court has lifted the suspension of the Sacco and confirmed suspension of the MATATU in which the lady was stripped. Two abuses do not amount to justice.
