i hears safaricom are laying fiber in this estate. how is the internet service so far. how much are they charging. there's so much little info on this fiber project its like not even there

@CV Sure,there are three main service providers ZUKU, Safaricom and Frontier..... covering the entire estate. (P1 & 2 = ZUKU, P3 & 4 = Safaricom, P5 & 6 = Frontier) Safaricom (Silver = 3499 with 1:4 sharing 10Mps; Gold = 5999/= with 1:2 sharing 8Mbps; Platinum = 9999/= with dedicated 5Mbps for 1 person).

Surely.. What confusion is this.. A number of properties still seeking tenants at KES 32,000 and lower. please inform the clueless fellows kuwa that is the going price for a 3bedroom in Athi River!!! Rent in Nyayo should be KES 40,000 going by purchase price of the units HF 90,000 ABP 3.83; KQ 414,100 ABP 7.92; MTN 23,800 ABP 6.45
