A nine acre coffee farm is available in Embu. Asking price is 11m.
Coffee is the main crop in this area. Despite the low prices, average price pay to farmers per raw Kilo was Ksh70. Definitely those with private factories performed as per the outcome of their strategies.

I will see how to place cordinates.

The area where the farm is is probably among best for coffee if not the best, but someone who is has no interest may not benefit much.
