But divine laws are perfect. It's applicable to human race at all times.

So scriptural economic takes away the concept of INTEREST in an economic environment. The Bible, the Quran says interest is prohibited. The Quran says interests is an immoral economic principle. The reason is that interest is an impediment to the creation of wealth. Therefore it is an impediment to the distribution of wealth.

Why do I say this?
If you take interest out of the transaction, it means more money in the hands of the individuals. For example, in an Islamic society there is no such thing as taxation. The only form of taxation is what what we call ZAKAT, it is a form of spiritual tax. It takes away 2.5% of YOUR RESIDUAL INCOME. When that person has more money in the form of not paying interest in a financial transaction, he injects it into the society to allow businesses and entrepreneurship.

Also, there is no INCOME TAX in Islamic society
For example in Kenya, we have an equivalent of 30% income tax, America has 40% income tax. In Islam, there is only that 2.5% flat rate tax, which means more money on the hands of Individuals, therefore there economic stimulus to inject back into the society.

@AlphDoti, while I may agree with you that Divine laws exist and that they apply in all contexts I realize that you're not clear as to what exactly is a Divine law. Like in this case is the Divine law the expectation that wealth must always been distributed fairly and evenly or is it that some forms of interest shouldn't be charged at all and in all contexts?

If it's a matter of wealth distribution, is it true that usury must necessarily make most people poor? How did you arrive at this conclusion? How will you know that something is fair?

Sorry, but these justifications of faith don't pass as reasonable or true.
