With adequate foreplay the blue pill isn't necessary. It's not so much the "farming" (to borrow Atalaku's word) that pleases as the entity of the process with intimate and creative foreplay that can drive one nuts. @Atalaku, Apart from Cassava which has a risk of aflatoxin what else do you advise?

- You select the good species... But you cant know this because you have been born in town...If you visited your shags regularly, you would learn so much from the old men there.
1 DHEA - Some evidence shows that dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) increases libido in women and helps erectile dysfunction in men.
2. L-arginine -Some evidence shows that taking high doses improves erectile dysfunction by stimulating blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow
3. Ginseng - One study of Panax ginseng showed it improved sexual function in men with erectile dysfunction. A cream preparation is used for premature ejaculation.
4. Yohimbe - A number of clinical trials have shown that the primary component of this bark from an African tree can improve sexual dysfunction associated with a drug used to treat depression.
5. Horny goat weed (epimedium)- Substances in the leaves of this herb have been used to improve sexual performance, but the herb has not been studied in people.

Oh yeah, and that should be cyanide, NOT aflatoxin.

Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Actually, Rankaz, it's both cyanide and aflatoxin. Cassava tends to be a favourable substrate for Aspergillus even when processed thus the aflatoxin risk.

Aha. Was imagining of raw, fresh cassava, the kind you dig up, wash, peel and eat papo hapo like we did in the village.

Then I bet you know how to pick the safe cassava species as Atalaku advised. And what about pomegranates (kukumanga)? Are they really 'strong aphrodisiacs' as they are rumoured to be? I had one growing in the compound but never touched it after finding out what it was. It had to be uprooted to give way for construction. It's a good ornamental plant though.

I have that story too of Pomegranates.I don't believe it.We had two trees when I was growing and some of the branches were growing over the fence onto the road and nobody bothered to steal them.Only street boys would pass by once in a while and request to pick.

They are grown mostly in Indian compounds together with Matomoko,Jamna ,Locuats and berries(ndares).
Love is beautiful and so are those who share it.With Love, Marriage is an amazing event in ones life time, the foundation of joy, happiness and success.

of course we know how it ended. he decided never again but the residues of his misadventures with the blue pill can still be felt when he eats cassava back in the village.

Viagra is a proven best-seller and for good reason – for a lot of people, it works. The downside is the side effects which include headaches, not to mention reports of possible links to heart attacks, but men (and in some cases women too) find that it does improve sexual response.

However, while Viagra is often effective and fast-acting, typically boosting blood flow within 30 minutes to several hours, many people are now looking for non-drug alternatives, from Horny Goat Weed, Passion Blend, Libido Max … the list is endless, but which of the products on the market have the best results? Here’s a list.

Arginine

Reported to boost blood flow, this amino acid can help men or women who have circulatory disorders contributing to sexual problems. The suggested dose is one gramme three times a day. As with Viagra, avoid arginine if you are taking the heart medication nitroglycerin, because the combination may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

DHEA

The supplement DHEA may also provide benefits in men and women who have low levels of this hormone. DHEA helps our bodies make oestrogen and testosterone. The suggested dose is 5 mg every morning.

Ginkgo biloba

Though commonly taken as a memory booster, the herb ginkgo biloba may provide benefits, presumably by enhancing blood flow. The suggested dose is 80 mg three times a day.

Panax ginseng (Korean)

Most often suggested for men with impotence, it may also benefit men or women with stress-induced loss of libido. The suggested dose is 100 to 250 mg twice a day.

Muira puama

Known as “potency wood” in Brazil, muira puama should be taken in the form of a tea: a teaspoon of the dried herb per cup of water each morning.

Yohimbe

Although some studies have shown that African tree bark yohimbe may correct impotence and heighten libido, this herb can cause a dangerous rise in blood pressure, as well as anxiety and other side effects.

If this supplement interests you, I suggest you visit your doctor and have him/her prescribe a purified form of the herb, a drug called yohimbine.

As for high-priced passion potions available at health-food stores and pharmacies, check the label carefully to make sure the product delivers an adequate dose of natural compounds that have been shown to help (see above). If it doesn’t, it’s unlikely to be effective.
