you made it sound too complex for the guy.
No one asked him if the tractor was imported in a container because it would hv cost him approximately 85k by road depending on weight
if it's not in a container there are costs to hire from carrier alongside transportation.
And lastly it can come on low loader whose costs will be determined by weight or volume.
no need for escort if it's not abnormal.
Rail is cheaper but delays?
