If the bond becomes successful, CIC will have a big rally. Watch this space!

I am interested too in knowing where the 512 acres are located within Isinya. A bit of their vision for Isinya land is outlined in this <<<Link>>>

From reliable sources, they are developing Kiambu first before Isinya which is in the long-term.

Are they planning to re-brand? NSE is strange such that an expense like reb-randing seems to help the share price

Just sneaked and checked the Q3 results for CIC.They are impressive and they made profits of 1.75 times (in the 3 months July 1 to September 30) of what they made in the first half.

@Boris Byoka and yosie14;
If you are doubting what am saying here is another source.
if you look at co-operative banks Q3 results the share of associate profit and compare with Q2 you will get as follows;
In Q2 or half year the share of associate profits was ksh.27.5mn while in Q3 the share of associate profits has jumped to sh.74.5mn.
CIC in half year 2014 made a profit after tax of ksh.138mn.
Now fill in the gap (alama ya duku duku) to gauge the 9 months profit
Associate company for coop is normally CIC.
