I am reliably informed that the official Kurwitu listing statement will be available on Thursday to end speculation. That is a listing requirement. Also, the lock in period for controlling shareholders on GEMS is 24 months so there's no chance of "taking your money" and running

You seem to be pitching for Kuruwitu, how much do they pay you????????

Given he/she surfaced after the kuruwitu thread showed up.

Done deal. Not sure whether it's traded. Last 'staged' bid 1,500. Came across this for IM

@Obotho the sophisticated investors of Wazua will not wink at this monkey, let the monkey walk.Listing statement before setting a ridiculous price for this share.Sophisticated investors expect and demand such. The way I see it they could be selling garbage,I have no way of proving otherwise. Kuna mambo kweli!

Wondering whether the purchase of the lamu property was an arm's length transaction and what is the company plan with the property?

With only 5 shareholders, they can manipulate the share price vile wanataka.
