Kwanza those 25+ years will start talking marriage on the second date!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

These attitudes are indeed widely held. The problem is that those holding them are quite average facially - hence the paradox.

By the way I noticed that a long time ago. The ladies full of maringo are not that good looking, have an average education and/or job and nothing much to their names.

The beautiful, well educated ladies with their own money etc. etc. on the other hand are down to earth, friendly, fun to be around etc.

That baffles me!!!

It's like they trying to rationalize their lack of attractiveness. Hawa ni wale they hear you work for the UN and appetites just swell Laughing out loudly
