The darkest moment presents the greatest opportunity if you have the courage.

I want to sink a huge sum into this. I've already convinced myself that I'm ready to loose that amount. I was meant to buy a motor car with it.

I do not think CMA suspends a compnay because of the share price in the market ( this is a willing seller willing buyer market). I think it only does when it sees that the company will surely collapse. I thought Neveready was supposed to be suspended long time and that never happened.

Mumias is selling below it's PAR value of 2/=. Evrdy never went below it's PAR value of 1/=!!!

@jerry - If you scan a number of markets globally you'll find stocks trading below PAR. BSE India had plenty last year.

For MSC I was expecting CMA to have stated something since the auditors report is already done. Quick to suspended CMC, buyouts etc, but asleep here...

Does CMA intervene in criminal cases(economic crimes)?

What is CMA's function? Being a watchdog so that investors don't get scammed. But investors get scammed anyway, no only in KE, but globally too.

lose. It's worth taking a risk. If you lose the money you will gain the experience or learn a lesson. My biggest question is; Is there cane to be processed after the "45 days normal closure"?
The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

Thanks. The cane issue will be sorted out. The problem has been identified. I believe the management is in the stage of finding solutions. Thereafter, implementation and most probably results will follow.

Will it go below 3 bob?....Yes!

... and whats your fair valuation of the company?

3 bob and anything below is dirt cheap.I remember posting that at this point i will consider entry although i am yet to make up my mind reasons being that i am looking at the future, both short and medium.

In the short,i would say,"Not good enough" as i do not see improvement in terms of production.(Currently standing at less than 67% of installed capacity).
In the medium,Tarda might spur.

Whatever I'm smoking will make me be a case study in the next few years. If I lose, so be it.

Congrats, I wonder why some wazuans think it can be revived especially now that farmers are uprooting cane in droves, the few cane that is left is poorly maintained and there is land subdivision which leads to smaller land sizes which are untenable for sugarcane farming.Mumias is a big fraud which has benefited the top management, sugar barons, cane transporters and a few conmen!!!!!!!
