I have been eyeing their apartments for sometime only to learn that the land is mentioned in the Ndung'u report.

Is a mention in Ndungu report indicative of any real risk?

There is also the Karen land and Lamu, are you also eyeing those?

Depends on whether you lay any real significance on the Ndung'u report....

Documents disappear in this part of the world. Even that Ndung'u report will one day dissapear. Ask cs, land if you doubt it.
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

What will happen when there is a change of government and the CS of Agriculture in the cabinet of HE Kamenchu decides it's high time then that Vet got their land back. Not worth the agony in my opinion given that there are so many credible alternatives out there.

For my case, I got put off the moment I talked to a one Mitito in their office. The guy had no clue about whatever the hell he was opening his nyamachoma hole to talk about. Worse still very unprofessional- none of my request for clarifications got answered despite countless promises. Took it as a sign from the gods to cross the road & risk my hard earned money there...

@prettypriya on the Joseph Mitito guy, I will add nothing. What a pity that you can sink billions in a project and fail to hire credible and professional people to run it.
