Should a wife be held responsible for the actions of her husband? I believe NO. Otherwise courts should also be jailing wives for crimes committed by their husbands. Therefore Mrs. Betty Kanyari is blameless in this case, she is safi kama pamba.

Just like Safaricom, eabl, duracoat etc do by paying and coaching people for an effective ad. Maybe this is what all churches do for the programs they air. And kanyari was only following the standard protocol. His problem may be only firing his assistant who copied the hard disk and sold it to moha. Which begs the question - why did the "mole" happily participate in the fraud for yrs only to leak the files after he was fired? Isn't this the guy who should be "lynched" first?
