After uchumi it has taken long for another company to displine pple,even if the cane was there why are our products unable to compete globally,this firm will either close in future or sell water and find other products.

This is a company even long term investors should avoid, there is nothing positive about it.

Lack of law and order in Kenya is the biggest hindrance to development. We need a no nonsense leader to clean up the rot once and for all - so we can live in a civilized country.

I just wonder how hard it is for the company to buy new equipment and produce sugar more efficiently and cheaply....Western province has SOOOOOOO MUCH FERTILE land going to waste...Sugar is one of the most used products in the country...how hard is it to go check out what other countries are doing and do it better....the company is capable of generating its own electricity also....
