is in't there a constitutional provision that stops Guy Scott from running for presidency? if so - kikirudiwo he will not be on the ballot.

Guy Scott can't be the president, at least one parent must be a native of Zambia at the time of your birth for one to qualify to be president so he is out. The reason Lungu was acting during his sickness!

Few months ago when I was those side the locals told me the Scott is very close to ruling elite and behave like them

Not sure what they are using coz the provision in the constitution is as follows:

- president must be a citizen by birth or descent.
- for him to be a citizen by birth, he must have been born in Zambia AND at least ONE parent must have been a citizen of Zambia at the time
- there is no indication of the qualifications of a person to be VP, they don't even mention citizenship or anything.
This means that, technically, it is possible to have a VP in Zambia who is ineligible to be president: since Scott's parents were both British citizens at the time of his birth, his presidency may not survive a court challenge
