Its all about virtues; Integrity, Diligence, courtesy, Discipline....name them. When you are not intelligent enough communicationwise, these simple things skip you and they can be very costly in life. Think of all those opportunities missed! Thats why there are institutions that teach communication skills and many esp. in corporate Kenya should enrol for such classes.....my two cents...

Kenyans it seems prefer seeing you before they start replying to your emails.. they dont believe(thanks to our Naija brodas) them as an initiator of any transactions..biz or friendship.

What I can say is that Kenyans both corporate and individuals do not use ICT to the maximum.
I deal alot with debtors and definitely email is easier in giving details etc. but its annoying nobody bothers to respond via email. One has to go ahead and call refering to an email earlier sent. Me think we have negative ATT, ignorant, crappy sloppy and above all lazy. If s'one cannot respond to an sms@ 3 bob wat else can they do? From xperience Englishmen/women are very effective in responding to emails/calls.
Kenyans gotta style up.
