Compare 1/8 syokimau vs 1/4 ruiru plots both @ 3m

which would be a better investment option between buying 1/8 acre plot at syokimau and 1/4 plot at ruiru 3.5km along Kiganjo rd(-a proposed controlled gated community by Mhasibu adjust to dyakio plots selling at 4m).

please be prepared to fully own your plot earliest 2024, these guys have a history of taking forever to process title deeds. bought their juja plot in 2008 na bado nangoja title

I think this is not fair..i also bought their Juja plot but remember the delay was because of the disputed land which they bought in phase II. Nevertheless mhasibu is well run and they always keep us informed.

in those queues i speak to guys who have bought other pieces with them, way before my 2008 one, they are still waiting for their titles, maybe they could have a history of buying land with disputes,i once got a refund after 2 years of waiting for a disputed piece of land along the rd heading to Gatundu.

@theking but there are also success stories..i thought Runda one was a success story
