Recently I had input my CDSC no. onto https://portal.cdsckenya.com and went to take a brake, then when I came back some guy had started guessing my password a little too much. So I kicked him out, and tried to log in with the right password, it then showed that account Disabled, in red. How then can I enable it back? I already tried alot of googling and didn't see much.

click on forgot password and new password will be sent on your email

Clicking on "forgot password" may not work in case of disabled account.

smile Send your information (CDSC and ID and name ) to info@cdsc.co.ke and ask them to re-activate your account, they will do that and send you a mail and then you can change your password.

I had the same problem ...I tried emailing them,but they did nothing I had to make several visits to their offices for them to enable my account....Very frustrating....
