Who to blame? The brand managers or the agencies or both? The chicken or the egg?

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly This happened to me. We hired an agency to do some fliers for an activation at various retail centers. They went ahead and did the sample. When they brought it, they had used the same photo that a competitor had used, and I was in a competitor's advert, which I had in my drawer. And that was the last day of doing business with them.
