Sometimes it's more money, more problems... now if only these people were not wasting their money in doing things to please their wives like picking them up in limos etc and instead investing in ka-plotis, these unhappiness won't be...oh wait.... Proti here, proti pale, proti kila mahali....and more prots leads more money n more troubles in life. what about debt free-ness?  i.am.back!!!!

Sure there are marriages out there that hold up decently, but there doesn't seem to be that many examples. Or maybe it's just me.
I think something is seriously wrong with the entire sociocultural production line, especially as relates to marriages. And I don't think it is a new problem. I do not believe that couples were happier in 1914 than they are in 2014, on average. There just wasn't as much "speaking out" going on then.
And marriages are the foundation of the family, and the family the foundation society. So this is a big deal.
But maybe even that logic is warped. It's not even clear what a family is anymore. Monogamy. Polygamy. Polyandry. Homosexual relationships. They all seem to have equal potential for misery.
And people change. Maybe they don't. Maybe they just marry the wrong people. What's the deal with getting committed to a single individual for the majority of one's life anyway - complete with religious and state enforcement? To raise children? It sure doesn't seem to be for happiness because people aren't encouraged to ship out if the union hits the rocks. Isn't there a chance that this very logic is fundamentally flawed?
You would think I know! Reminds me of the quote, don't quite remember by who: "Your best friend is also your worst enemy." Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

C&P, from a neighboring village: This will be counted as the usual animosity females tend to display against each other but I will still be honest. I need to revert back to my selfish human tendencies and ask a question because it stands to reason that I should want you to do something for me if I also have done something for you or intend to do something for you in return.
Mr. Muthama has been a well-known businessman and politician for a quite a number of years. As the wife of someone who has financial means, what has his wife done in the past to help members of the public whether in his constituency or in his places of work? What has she done to merit the right to now ask us to 'join in her cry' and help her to get justice? How is this any of our business and WHY IS HAVING TO WALK FROM A GATE TO THE FRONT DOOR AN ISSUE? When she was living it up and enjoying the perks of being a rich man's wife, she didn't call on anyone to share her good fortunes. Why should she want to play victim now and ask those who have their own problems to help her? Even after she has been paid for whatever damages the court will award her (as if), we all know that she won't call on the public to enjoy the spoils.
