I have an offer for a plot right next to Thika Greens - An upcoming development. Controlled Development. Land yet to be subdivided.

What is the current going price for 1/4 near Thika Greens? I want to hear the figures from members before I state the offer price to avoid bias.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Maich I dont have an answer to your question. Are you asking about the upcoming gated community thats coming up next to the old road to Kenol-Muranga?

when will that estate ever be build. i only see the wall when i pass there. almost 5 years down the line and nothing significant going on.
