Just hear my thoughts and let me have your opinions.

The parent company Total Out-Mere now owns 92.26% of the company and in my opinion the only way for them to see their returns is through dividend payments.

Based on last years results their EPS was 2.08 and they showed good growth (37%) in the H1 results . Could we see this stock going back to paying its dividend of 2.5 per annum?

The only drawback is that foreigners can't trade the stock and may not push up the prices like witnessed in BAT.

Thoughts welcome.

The parent company can also benefit by offering "technical expertise and licences" at higher than normal rates. So that can also be a setback.

I was at one time in the habit of buying at 26-27 and selling in the 32 region until when it sank sub 25 and I held on. I ended up selling at 19. It's one stock I like but fail to understand what drives it.
