I think one could hold up to 48 stocks, the question is 'Would you be having the mental capacity to manage that nnmber?"

No more than 3 for me. How much money will I distribute to each if I was to go more than 3!

Chances r even a major mvt in one counter will not move the portfolio.

The point is diversification i.e. no need to buy more than 1 on same sector.
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Buying so many is like giving birth to lots of kids you cant raise. Whenever you feel like adding another one, take some stock family planning pills...
