NIC-RIGHTS trading @ a premium of 18 = 49+18=67

Current market price of NIC = 63.

Help me understand why i would buy the rights while i can purchase the common stock and still get allocation of some cheap rights.

What is the logic of buying rights in the open market at 15-20bob above the rights priced at 49.25bob, while market price of share is at 62-65bob......

I think chaps are buying a few of these rights from market as a ticket to apply for a bucketload of additional rights

round 2 of making cash off the NIC rights issue. buy now at 62-64. sell when rights are announced successful or at 80.00 whichever comes fast.
