I mean i thought rasing much more money makes sense than the small incremental amounts and then tomorrow another rights issue. Please help to understand what the equation is here.

Help me understand why i would buy the rights while i can purchase the common stock and still get allocation of some cheap rights. I think chaps are buying a few of these rights from market as a ticket to apply for a bucketload of additional rights
