What is the meaning of this notation that follows share name. eg

NIC Bank Ltd 0rd 5.00

or
The Co-operative Bank of Kenya Ltd Ord 1.00


other shares don't have this figures

Ord stands for "Ordinary" Shares (as opposed to "Prefered" Shares).
The 5.00 or 1.00 is the Par Value

Par value of Shares. All companies do have this.
