the problem with those cbd buildings is if you decide to demolish and rebuild, demolishing cost are high because you will be required to keep noise,dust at a minimal dealing with the debri is also a nighmare, neighbours might complain about losing business because of you, come to construction due to space limits you can't bring in bulk materials and also you can't bring in large trucks especially in downtown, earhtmovers?
