What will be business mathematics for centum if itallowed to buy Rea Vipingo? might this be the reason Centum went quiet on Dividends or bonuses this year as they plan for the multi-billion acquisition? Still fingers closed till the chicks hutch! May the case be decided sooner

Ngonja ngonja huumiza matumbo na akili. Centum-Rea case is keeping us all in the dark while we should be in the right light!
CMA, NSE and other govt bodies should expedite what is necessary. What happened to what was called "First priority".
The investors are now hooded and may face penalties from banks if they had loans that they intended to service using their REA-Vipingo investment.
But how will the game end? How will it shape the NSE and rules.
We want limitations to time periods of how long a company should hold dividends and bonuses to maximum of two months after Results are released.
Paul Muite has shown to be common man oriented and can cough tough rules to be adopted.

We are almost there, lets wait and see the October mention of the case. The judges may be forced to make quick conclusions to safe time as everything is on their table now. Its just mtter of interpreting the Law on matters concerning buy outs as should be upheld.

Centum is having two cases in court that are very important for it and investors. The Centum-Rea case that should be concluded before Nov 20 and the power/coal deal that have a mention and need to be concluded as no looking for evidence afar as its only legalities of how they won. The best thing is that they are sure of winning both. The stock my be better than Kenya Orchards uptrend.

And these judges owe Nasir nothing. They are their own men by now.

This is only between Centum and the Ministry and was lodged to force them to appoint a quorum to hear their case.

We should know the result from the tribunal by end month.

My money is on Centum getting the 25% they were looking for and then perhaps we can have access to some of the Vipingo land for another real estate development.

Fingers crossed.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly -.......He was representing a chinese company. Many a chinese companies may not want court cases as they may end up loosing more tenders in future, so Ahmednassir has already gone to bank for his efforts for now, he need no more.
