Looks like a steal, I'm especially attracted to the high dividend yields and relatively low p/b. I like cash flow position to, the overreaction in price due to bonus seems like a great opportunity to make some money from arbitrage type strategies.
Will be interesting to see what happens once it goes ex-div and ex-bonus.

Pre-bonus
Issued Shares 58,500,000
Profit 95,254,000
EPS 1.63
Equity 434,320,000
BVPS 7.42
Price 15.00
p/b 2.02
DPS 2.00
Div yield 13.33%

Post Bonus
Issued Shares 146,250,000
EPS 0.65
BVPS 2.97
Price (p/b method) 6.00
Price (Div method) 6.00
p/b 2.02
DPS 0.80
Div Yield 13.33%

So the price is supposed to more than double from its normal price before the declaration but afterwards it will be like a share split.

What is the long term outlook of this business of publishing. Everyone is going digital & online nowadays. Is this part of LKL's strategic growth plan? Anyone knows? Personally I have a negative outlook on publishing in the middle to long term. One has to be really innovative to survive.

There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope

Do not confuse 'publishing' with 'access' ... Even what you access online (vs a hard/print copy) is published.
