Women need men with a job - it denotes security - traditional.
Men need attractive, docile, homemakers in their women - traditional.

BUT modern women aspire for independence (high heels, career, opinionated) and want their men to encourage them to be so. WHILE the man remains traditional (job) and modernises in other ways (emotional family connection).

So isn't the man getting a raw deal?
