i have received an offer for land which is adjacent to the development by mt kenya holiday homes in nanyuki with the area being referred to as burgureti, wazuans who are familiar with this area please share your insights on the area and the prevailing rates for land in that area, i ask this because i will only be available to view the site later on in the year.
