Details of the corporate bond are in today's newspaper;
Company raising ksh.3bn with a green shoe option of ksh.2bn bringing the total to ksh.5bn
Offer opened on September 19 and Closes on October 6th.
Interest or coupon rate is at 13%.

A correction.Closure is indicated as 3rd October as opposed to 6th October.

@mwenza - here is the chart. The 12 zone is such a solid barrier that any future rally will be determine by how strongly that level will breakdown on the next bull push and must be on sizable volume. But from the chart structure, this will take a yr or more! Upside is done!

What makes you so sure?We have several counters defying that over the past few days. This counter may similarly follow suit!
