I don't see any problem here.
We spend hours,weeks,days,months and years in boardrooms and hotels,analyzing,discussing,strategizing,planning,projecting,drinking lots and lots of tea and mandazi (one company has resorted to keeping a dairy cow in the backyard to reduce the cost of milk),but doing less/nothing on the ground.
You want change? get your ideas running instead of locking them up in meetings.
