Since the switch over from stockskenya to Wazua, i have been unable to log onto wazua on my mobile. I have even tried the m.wazua.co.ke and it does not work either. Am i the only one experiencing this problem?

Dear BGL,
Currently posting from mobile version. Please access m.wazua.co.ke again and revert. We made some changes recently and would appreciate your feedback.

Still not possible. But my phone diagnoses the problem: Menu, tools, properties and change the security guard to medium level. On my mobile the security zone is set by Intranet and cannot be changed. My phone has a real-time antivirus and firewall installed, so i tried to disable the firewall but still nothing.
When i am accessing other websites with a mobile web version eg the daily nation, eurosport etc etc it negotiates the security barriers and i can browse without a problem.

Dear BGL,

Perhaps you can provide details of phone model, browser, antivirus type and firewall installed. We'd then revert back to you. Also try with another phone just to get a level of comfort that the mobile site is working.

Thank you.

Antivirus and Firewall: By Lookout mobile security

@ Mzazii,
I concur with you, since the switch from stockskenya to Wazua that was the end of accessing this site on my mobile phone. Perhaps the the web designers of this new site overlooked something? Actually when i have an option of a mobile version and the entire website, i go for the later because i have access to more content from my big screen.

@ Wazua. Please do something, it appears its not just our mobile phones but an application which is incompatible with 'some' phones. I tried accessing on a phone without touchscreen just to be sure it was my phone which had a problem and miraculously it worked!! However, touchscreen and no touchscreen we need to access this site whenever and wherever 24/7

The problem could be settings on your phones.I have a Nokia 5530 touchscreen and it works fine,I'm even able to log in and post.I have also used my girlfriends E63 and it works pretty fine.
