Does anyone know how much Proparco/DEG paid for each new I&M share?

What was the P/E?
What is the NAV or P/B?

I would like to use the information to compare to its listed peers NIC & DTB.

I understand that I&M Bank was looking at listing in 2010 as well though the 2008 PEV threw their schedule off like many other firms including DPL Festive.

The bank issued supplementary capital in mid-2008 and wrote an information memorandum. It should have what you need and can only be found at I&M Bank offices or CMA Library.

I&M is more profitable (ROE & ROA) than NIC & DTB, but this year is a different story.

@scubidu - I saw a copy at CFCFS but like any bank, the today is a far cry from mid-2008.
