Since July when Coop bank systems were down for a couple of days.I started getting text messages every morning at 5 am indicating my account balance.I used to ignore them until last week on Friday when i realized they have been deducting me Ksh 5 after every 2 or 3 days.I was furious and called someone at coop and he told me that will stop but i am still getting the messages every morning.This is irritating and a rip off.I don't need to know my balance every morning since its not a business account anyway.Is there anyone out there with the same problem ?
