Hey Maka, Time to review maybe? I'm growing some interest/appetite for Narok, but I had the same concerns about possible future ethnic animosity.. Slowly being convinced that it may not be the case anyway.. So, maendelo huko namna gani.. I know SIC is currently having an offer in Narok, and couple of other Sellers too.

A World Bank report, “Doing Business in Kenya” rated Narok as the best town to do business in Kenya ahead Eldoret, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisii and Nairobi with the university identified as one of the main contributors of growth. @Webish kuna ploti mbili available talk to me nicely...will be going for a site visit soon. Not ready to make a purchase at the moment, but would like to keep a close eye on the price ranges, depending on exact areas within Narok. Your Email pls?
