This is attractive but the PEV experience left a bitter test in some investors mouths. This fear of being uprooted is still in our minds.

@whynow....i here you; but i blive we are past that!!

Looking at those who invested in property even in the worst hit areas……some have already gone back….have not lost their property….they have their title deeds….thus hard for third parties to transact on your land.

Secondly; there are many people resident in narok town just like other cities……rem most of the time…..village are the worst affected by violence unlike towns…..personally; I can buy property anywhere in Kenya….

Do not fear......fear is an enemy of success!!

Where are the real estate gurus???

This narok is a virgin market trust me!!

Well said @mjuaji . +ve thinking and optimism is key. Do you have any experiences with Narok specifically?
