Obtain a burial permit and make a copy of it, get a letter from the chief or a medicalpractitioner stating te cause of death.Go to sheria house witha copy of the burial permi,original and copy of the ID and fill in a form(I cant remember the name of the form)

Its no longer Sheria House, but "the red building Opposite Panafric" before Fairview. I cant remember the name but once around there you will get the place.

Nope the services arent available at huduma kenya centres.He needs to go to community at the registration of persons offices.Its a brown bulding next to NSSF building.opens from 9.00 A.M to 4.00 P.M.
